Tall Pines Kennels was founded in 2006, but as a farm family, we have years of animal husbandry experience.  Nestled in a valley full of trees in scenic northeast Nebraska, we have 110 acres where our dogs come first.

A small, family-owned and operated kennel, we believe in doing things right.  Hands-on.  We're dedicated to providing the best possible care for our dogs, and it shows.  Our dogs are our top priority, and we spend hours each day cleaning their enclosures, grooming, and playing with them.

We don't believe in skimping or cutting corners.  Our dogs live in a 6,000 square foot kennel that's heated and has state of the art air circulation.  The floors of their pens are cement...we don't believe in wire floors for dogs.  Our smallest enclosures for pregnant mamas are 5 x 5, but most of our dogs live, singly or in small groups, in huge 8 x 10 enclosures with plenty of room to play.  They have toys, beds, and tons of soclialization, as well as plenty of time in our outdoor runs where they get fresh air and sunshine.  (Or rain!  The Scotties and Westies especially love "Scottish" weather!)

We give our dogs and puppies excellent care, and it shows in everything we do.

• From start to finish, we're committed to an open, honest, stress-free puppy adoption process. 
  
• Puppies are born in our warm, soothing nursery room, and live with their mamas for the first eight weeks.  They are played with and cuddled daily, socialized with both adults and a young child, so they'll easily make the transition to their new families.  After they are weaned, we form "play groups" with other puppies of comparable size from different litters, so they will also be used to other dogs.
• With modern technology, we invite you to browse our photos of available puppies from the comfort of your own home...or even on the go on your phone!  If you're interested in a puppy, or trying to narrow down your choice, we're delighted to send more photos right away.  (Even customized with your name next to the puppy, or a birthday or holiday-themed photo, if the puppy is a special gift.)
  
• We're always available to answer questions or provide more information about our puppies, either in email or by phone.  Email meg@tallpineskennels.com 24/7, or call Diana at (402) 893-4401, 7 days a week.  You can always expect a prompt response.
• Once one of our puppies has stolen your heart, we accept all major credit cards for payment, and offer PayPal as a secure, simple method of payment online.  If you're unfamiliar with PayPal, we can send an invoice and instructions right to your email address.  If you prefer, we're also happy to accept your personal check or a money order through the mail, or cash in person.
• We're always happy to meet puppy buyers partway to deliver puppies, if you live within reasonable driving distance.  Otherwise, we ship on weekdays only from our nearest major airport in Omaha, Nebraska.  We prefer Continental Airlines but will also use Northwest/Delta.
• We understand that adding a puppy to your family is a major decision, and we are dedicated to making it a joyful, wonderful experience from start to finish.
